Mission:

The mission of the Continuum of Care is to be the recognized forum for addressing critical community issues on the Peninsula.

Function:

The Executive Committee sees the Continuum of Care having the following functions:

• Planning

• Resource Development

• Networking

• Advocacy

• Collaborating

• Educating

Committees:

Based on the above, the Executive Committee identified four Task Force Committees based on specific issues and Three General Standing Committees.  Those committees are:

Task Force

• Homelessness (Formerly Housing)

• Elder

• Youth

• Health

General Standing Committees

• Advocacy

• Education and Capacity Building

• VOAD

Officers and Ad Hoc Committees:

Ad Hoc Committees will be developed as specific needs arise.  As a result of the above Executive Committee of the Continuum of Care will be as follows:
